We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us without providing any justification. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card (Visa/MasterCard), and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. Returns and Exchanges Policy • Digital Cards: • No refunds are issued for digital products. • No exchanges are allowed for incorrect region or type selection. • Exchanges are allowed only if the code is incorrect. • In unforeseen cases where the received code does not work, please send a screenshot of the error message and order details to info@zawiid.com. We will investigate your complaint and provide a solution as soon as possible. • We strive to respond to all complaints within one or two business days. In some cases, where we need to obtain a report from the supplier, the waiting time may range from four to five business days or more. • Technical Products and Accessories: • Most new, unopened products sold can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error. Otherwise, shipping costs will be charged in both directions. Return requests can be made via email or phone through the "Contact Us" section on our website. Products must be returned in their original packaging. • Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned products. Expect your refund within four weeks of delivering your shipment to the shipping company, although in many cases, refunds are processed sooner.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is necessary, we will attempt to provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
